Georgia Athletes Break Records Again at 2024 GHSA State Meet (2024)

Last year I was amazed by how many big performances we had at the state meet and wrote an article about the top performances we saw. It must have been pretty inspiring because this year the kids clearly wanted to get in it as they showed up and did EVEN BETTER than last year. So I guess this is a annual new tradition for Georgia. It was a wild weekend and there is still plenty to talk about, but let's start by highlighting the best of the best. Today we're going to talk about the kids who made it into the top 10 on the national rankings lists, or made top 10 all time in Georgia. We also saw a total of FOUR state records set this weekend to bring the total number of state records broken this season to seven.
